Individual members

Individual members of the Centre for Big Synergy (CBS) are known as ‘Synergists’ and are awarded Synergist designations following a membership application.

Synergists range from students and young professionals to the most senior members of global organisations.

The assessment of a membership application is a holistic process that identifies a synergist in the applicant, in the context of their current and future, professional or social initiatives. The assessment is highly competitive but is designed to be inclusive and uses a customised framework based on an individual’s location, socio-economic standing, education, skill sets and relevant accomplishments. The outcome of the assessment is always constructive for an individual to progress on their journey to be a synergist for good!
